Description

Job Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Lexington (Kentucky)
Duration: 14 Weeks
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Shift: Day Shift (3x12 hours) | 08:30 AM – 09:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday (days off vary)

Job Overview

Perform MRI scans in a Level 1 Trauma and teaching facility
Handle MRI safety protocols, including implant verification and adherence to scanning guidelines
Work with anesthesia cases and pediatric patients
Operate Siemens MRI equipment (required)
Utilize Epic and PACS systems (preferred)
No on-call requirement
Local candidates within 75 miles are not accepted

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
Certifications: ARRT (MR), BLS (required)
State license not required
Experience with Siemens MRI equipment is mandatory
Prior experience in trauma/teaching hospital preferred
Experience with pediatric and anesthesia cases preferred
