- Number of Beds - 72
- Patient Ratios – 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
- Type of equipment – Alaris and Medfusion pumps, GE CR monitors, Giraffe Omni beds, panda radiant warmers, isolettes, bassinettes, cribs, artic sun coolers
- EMR – CPN, Meditech
- Typical Procedures:
- Admission of 23+ weeks and patients may stay up to 9 months corrected age with same hospitalization
- Intubations, central line placements, induced hypothermia, ROP exams
- Stable surgeries: PDA, Laser Eye, bowel
Must Haves:
- An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred
- A recent 12 months of NICU RN experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting
- Recent experience with 25+ weeks
- Recent experience with ventilators - conventional and oscillator/jet
- Management of IV drips per PICC/UVC/CL
- Ability to manage intubated patients
- Familiar with arterial line lab draws
- NV RN License
- BLS and NRP Certifications
Preferred or Nice to Have:
- MediTech Experience
- Level IV experience
- Experience with Trach, ostomy, Gastrostomy tubes
- Travel Experience
