Description
- Perform laboratory tests across multiple departments: Blood Bank, Microbiology, Hematology, Coagulation, and Chemistry
- Work efficiently with minimal supervision while contributing as a strong team member
Blood Bank:
- Perform ABO typing, antibody screening, and compatibility testing
- Use both manual and automated testing methods
Microbiology:
- Operate Abbott ID NOW analyzers for COVID-19, Strep, Influenza, and RSV testing
- Use Phadia 250 for allergy and autoimmune disease testing
Hematology:
- Operate Sysmex XN-550 and XN-350 analyzers for hematology testing
Coagulation:
- Operate ACL TOP 350 analyzer for coagulation testing
Chemistry:
- Perform chemistry testing using Beckman AU480 and Access 2 analyzers
- Operate urinalysis analyzers: AX-4030 and Iris DxU 480
