Description
#Responsibilities:
- Assess and treats speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
