Description
32 hours/week: ONS required - BILH coversheet required at time of submission. MA license required at time of submission. 8H days, 7a-3:30p with every other weekend - EPIC experience required Must have ambulatory chemo experience. Must be chemo certified, PICC line cert from BARD is preferred. PICC and midline experience preferred. Required that they are comfortable with venous access with Ports, PIVs, Ultrasound guided PIVs, and performing a variety of infusion therapies with biologics, chemotherapy, blood products, and performing therapeutic phlebotomies. NO locals will be accepted. Must be separated from BILH for min of 6 months before returning - per diem, perm or contract. Biweekly orientation, any color scrubs.
