Fall River, MA

Position:

Surgical Technologist

Duration:

13 weeks - likelihood of extension

Schedule:

40 hours per week

Variable 4x10s and 5x8s

7a-3:30p and 9a-5:30p rotation

Weekend rotation – discussed in interview

On-call Policy:

On-call required

Call at end of shift during weekday (ex: 3pm-7am) and weekend (Saturday and Sunday 24 hours). Techs are getting anywhere from 6-7 calls in a 6 week period.

Case Experience Required:

Davinci Robotic Experience, Mako Total Joints, Endovascular experience (TEVAR, EVAR, TCAR, angios, venograms)

Contract Requirements:

NBSTSA certification (NCCT no longer acceptable)

Reliable transportation during assignment due to on-call requirement

COVID Vaccinations required

BLS via AHA by start date

Department/Facility Details:

Patient ages: 16 and up

Number of beds: 9 ORs, 2 endovascular ORs, 2 urology suites

Ratios: 1:1

No ventilators
