Job Description:
- Verify and dispense medication orders
- Monitor patient medication therapies
- Provide drug information to healthcare staff and patients
- Identify and resolve potential medication safety issues
- Document all pharmacist interventions for medical review
- Supervise and guide pharmacy support staff
Requirements:
Work Setting:
- Howard – Day Shift – Retail Pharmacy
- Retail pharmacy experience required
Education & Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (Required)
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active Pharmacist license (State of practice) – Required
- All applicable state-level certifications – Required
