Description

Facility Name: Frye Regional Medical Center

Floor: Operating Room

• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Shift: 645-1715 4 10hr shifts
• Weekend Hours: only call on weekends
• Call Requirements: 7 days per month (including Fri, Sat and Sun)
• Required Certifications: RN (ADN or BSN)
• Years of Experience: 1
• Float Requirements: None

• Number of Beds: 13
• Patient Ratios: 1:1

• Equipment: Robotics (Davinci), Mako, Holmium Laser, Hana table
• EHR: Cerner

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adults, minimal peds (only outpt)

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: OR experience, active RN license, BLS
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Ortho or Neuro
