Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – "Paid Training & RBT Cert"
Location: Mililani, Kihei & Maui, HI
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Pay: $20–$22/hr (based on experience & hours)
Sign-On Bonus: $850 (non-certified RBTs)**
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Overview:
Locally owned clinic hiring RBTs—no certification or experience required. We provide paid, in-person training and full support through RBT certification. Great entry point into a rewarding, growth-focused career.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background screening
- On-site work at clinic
- Ability to move frequently; lift up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation)
- Experience babysitting or caring for children (2 to 3 yrs of age)
