Job Title: Labor & Delivery (L&D) RN Manager

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA 93405

Schedule & Work Details

Shift: 5×8 Hour Day Shifts
Hours: 40 hours per week
Evening Visibility: Required as needed to support staff
Weekend Requirement: On-call rotation every 3rd weekend

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Minimum 10 years of nursing leadership experience
Strong Labor & Delivery (L&D) clinical background
BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – Required
EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) – Required
NALS (Neonatal Advanced Life Support) – Required
Cerner EMR experience – Required
