Job Title: Psychiatric RN 
Location: Clarks Summit, PA 18411
Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Pay: $52.00–$54.00 per hour
Scheduled pay: Weekly pay
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short term disability after 90 days

Psychiatric RN Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychiatric nursing care in an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Complete patient assessments, monitor status changes, and document care in a timely manner
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility policy
• Support de-escalation/crisis intervention and maintain a safe therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (providers, therapists, techs) on patient care plans
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and facility documentation standards

Psychiatric RN Required Skills & Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of PA
• 1 year Registered Nurse experience
• Comfortable working in a behavioral health / psychiatric environment
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work the required schedule: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
