RN Home Health - Work week would be Monday-Friday 8-5, or 4day off Monday or Friday 7:30 -17:30. Our average patient count is 7-8 for a 5 day week 8-9 for a 4 day week. Average 33 patients a week. On call 1 weekend a month . We cover Reeves and Ward county. Our patients are 5-10 minutes apart. We do travel 30 min and give points for that trip. We use Well sky for our EMR. We also do Hospice currently with no Hospice
