DESCRIPTION:

Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Contract Assignment

Position Details

• Position: Travel OR RN
• Schedule: Flexible contract schedule
• Floating: No floating between units required
• Weekend Requirement: None
• Block Scheduling: Not required
• On-Call Requirement:
  • 1–2 weekday call shifts per week
  • 1–2 weekends of call per month
• Patient Ratio: 1:1

Required Experience & Skills

• Recent Operating Room RN experience required
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
  • Orthopedic surgery
  • General surgery
  • Gynecological surgery
  • Podiatry procedures
• Ability to work independently in a high-acuity surgical setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Certifications & Licensure

• Active RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred (if applicable per facility requirement)
