·       Number of Beds – 11 ORs

·       Shift for this position – Three twelve-hour shifts

·       Call Expectation – Based on the number of employees taking call, averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift (Average for 8 week sign up period)

·       Number of Staff – Varies depending on day

·       Type of staff:

o   Day Shift – Average of 8 RNs, 8 Scrub techs and 5 Surgical support techs

o   Night Shift – One charge RN and one scrub tech in house with call team backup

·       Patient Ratios – 1:1

·       Type of equipment – Variety of OR beds and equipment

·       EMR - Epic

Skill Set Most recruited for:  Scrub tech needs are total joints, neuro and Xi Robots

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·        Patient advocate

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

·        

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

·         Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, Variety of Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General)

·       Very little ENT, Dental, Eyes or plastics
