Job Summary:
This role provides healthcare services using pulsed X-ray energy to assist with diagnosis and treatment. The position involves performing radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, image processing, and supporting physicians during exams and procedures while ensuring high-quality patient care and radiation safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging procedures
• Assist radiologists and providers during exams/procedures
• Verify orders, patient identification, and clinical history
• Monitor patients throughout procedures
• Perform/document peripheral venipuncture as needed
• Complete documentation in the electronic health record, including incident reports and medications
• Follow department protocols and hospital policies
• Use proper radiation safety and ALARA practices
• Coordinate exams with transport and nursing units
• Participate in staff training and student instruction
• Assist with protocol development and workflow coordination
