Interim Director of Nursing Needed | Chicago, IL

Montgomery Place is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing for a 5 week assignment starting next week.

Position Details:
• Chicago, IL
• 40 skilled beds + 19 assisted living
• M-F 8am-5pm
• PCC EMAR
• Pay: $2400 weekly
• On call for emergencies only
• Must be willing to work the floor if needed, although unlikely
• Local or truly regional candidates preferred
• Vaccination exemptions accepted

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of DON experience
• Strong LTC/SNF leadership background
• Experience with staffing, compliance, survey readiness, and clinical operations
• Ability to step in quickly and lead the nursing team
