Provides direct nursing care and health-related support to individuals residing in a Supported Living Center. The LPN works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician to promote residents’ health, safety, independence, and quality of life. This role emphasizes person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, chronic medical conditions, and behavioral health needs.
