RN - Medical/Surgical (Observation)
Night Shift: 12 Hour | Medical/Surgical Specialty

Summary: Lead patient care using nursing process (Nurse Practice Act/ANA Standards). Delegate to team; ensure outcomes; support cultural sensitivity and unit goals.
Qualifications:
- RN diploma (Assoc/Bachelor's preferred); 2+ years exp.
- RN license (state); BLS/ACLS (AHA); specialty cert preferred.
- Computer proficiency; strong communication/organization.
Duties:
- Deliver care via nursing process.
- Teach patients/families; manage team resources.
- Drive outcomes/change; boost satisfaction/morale.
- Ensure compliance; handle heavy work/exposure risks.
