Description

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 12-hour nights.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week.
Duration: 13 weeks (Long-term contract).
Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month.
On-Call: None.

Clinical Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Psychiatry; MedSurg or acute care experience preferred.
Skills: Psych assessments, de-escalation, and management of physical restraints.
Patient Population: Schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, MDD, suicidal ideation, dementia with behavioral issues, and diabetic patients.
EMR: Epic (preferred).

Licensure & Certifications

License: Washington state or Compact license.
Certifications: BLS, and either CPI or MOAB.

Facility Details

Type: 226-bed non-profit community hospital.
Unit: 30-bed Psych unit.
Floating: Required to MedSurg units or to act as a sitter.
First-Time Travelers: Accepted.

Dress Code: Any solid color scrubs; no graphics, logos, or designs.
