MS Unit: Hospice Care Setting: Post Acute Division: Nursing Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM, every other weekend (EOW) Shift Length: 8 hours Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Contract Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience License Required at Submission: Yes BSN Required: No Required Certification: BLS (AHA) Orientation: 12 hours Charting System: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Additional Notes: Two supervisor references from the submitted specialty are required at submission (charge nurse accepted): One reference within the last 12 months One reference within the last 3 years worked Candidates cannot have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility within the past year. Candidates previously employed PRN through outside agencies may still be considered.
