Description

Pride Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant – Home Health to join our team in Orlando, FL 32805. This is a 3 months contract with potential for extension.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed PT, following the established Plan of Care.
  • Document patient visits, progress, and outcomes accurately using HCHB or similar systems.
  • Monitor patient condition and communicate any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety practices.
  • Travel between patient homes within assigned coverage areas while maintaining a compassionate, flexible, and patient-centered approach.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Licensed PTA in state of FL and experience in HCHB documentation preferred
  • Coverage Areas: Orange County

 

Additional Information:

  • LocationOrlando, FL 32805
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week – Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Contract Duration: 3 Months
  • Gross Weekly Pay: $1992

    W2 hourly Taxable: $22.31/Hourly

    Stipends Non Taxable Weekly: $1100

  • Local Pay: $35 - $42/hour    

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
