Inpatient Pharmacist First time travelers accepted 1 year of experience required; 2+ years preferred PharmD, RPh, WI pharm license required; BLS preferred *Will accept Act 10 license; In WI, traveler would need to apply for both the temp license and permanent licensure.* Epic experience required Skills: Inpatient/Acute care, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, therapeutic med monitoring, drug shortage management, pharmacotherapy management for medical problems Scrubs provided Travelers MUST shave for a mask to seal for Fit Testing. CAPRs and PAPRs are not provided and SSM will not allow travelers to use their own PAPRs or CAPRs at their facilities; there are no exceptions. Failure to shave for FIT testing will result in a cancel.
