Description
Job Title: Home Care LPN
Location: Pensacola FL 32514
Hours: Monday-Thru Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:00PM- On call 1 day per week
Coverage Area: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton Counties. Would be expected to work in 2 counties Escambia, Santa Rosa OR Okaloosa and Walton
Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour – not per visit
Scheduled pay: Weekly
Milage Reimbursement: Yes
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short term disability after 90 days
Job Type: Full Time W2 contract to hire potential
Home Care LPN Responsibilities
- Provide care for clients following client's plan of care.
- Monitor client's vital statistics and report abnormal findings.
- Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed.
- Complete routines as established by other care professionals.
- Maintain infection control policies and report possible communicable diseases.
- Document nursing actions and communication appropriately.
- Order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequacy.
Home Care LPN Requirements:
- Active LPN Florida State License
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year Home Health experience – Required
- Homecare Homebase experience- Required
- OASIS experience - Required
- Wound care experience - Required
