Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:45 - 15:15)
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Monroe, MI 48162
 

Travel Pay Rate: (above 50 miles)
Hourly: $36/hr W2 + $1,246/week (non - taxable stipend)
Gross: $2,686/weekly.

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR) provides perioperative nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. Responsible for maintaining a sterile environment, assisting the surgical team, and ensuring patient safety throughout the surgical process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating room, surgical instruments, and equipment for procedures
• Assess and prepare patients before surgery
• Assist surgeons and surgical team during operative procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards
• Monitor patient condition and safety throughout surgery
• Administer medications and document perioperative care
• Perform surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies
• Coordinate with anesthesia providers and healthcare team
• Provide post-operative handoff and patient education
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and surgical protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Active State license of MI.
• Atleast 2* years of RN OR experience.*
• EPIC experience.
• Required at least any 5 of these Case Experience:
• General ,Ortho - Spine and joints ,Urology , Endo , Neuro , GYN , Bariatrics, ENT
• Teaching Hospital/Community Hospital experience (required)
• ACLS,BLS (required)
