• Pay Rate: $30.00 an hour paid weekly
• Shifts Available- Part Time, Weekend Day Shift (7:00 AM – 2:00 PM); occasional weekday coverage as needed
• Location: Annville, PA, US, 17003
• Benefits: available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students in a residential educational academy
• Conduct routine health assessments, including vital signs, screenings, and evaluation of acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Respond to minor injuries and acute illnesses, providing first aid and triage to determine need for advanced care.
• Monitor cadets for physical, emotional, and behavioral health concerns; report significant findings to supervising RN or medical provider.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation, including treatment records, medication administration logs, and incident reports.
• Support health and wellness initiatives, including education on hygiene, nutrition, physical fitness, and injury prevention.
• Ensure compliance with infection control practices, safety standards, and state regulations.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers, counselors, and program staff to support overall cadet well-being.
• Maintain medical supplies, ensure proper storage of medications, and perform routine inventory checks.
• Provide coverage and independent nursing support during times when RN staff are not present.
• Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols for crisis intervention and escalation of care.
• Promote a safe, structured, and supportive environment aligned with the Academy’s mission and standards.

Requirements:

• Licensed LPN
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred (experience in pediatrics, school health, behavioral health, or residential care is a plus)
