RN – ICU 

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Shift: Night Shift | 4x12s | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Highlights:
• Work in a high-acuity ICU setting with 1:2 patient ratios
• Provide critical care for adult patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions
• Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, arterial lines, PICC lines, and central lines
• Administer blood products, continuous IV sedation, cardiac drips, and vasoactive drips
• Experience with stroke/CVA management, ABG interpretation, dysrhythmia management, and multisystem organ dysfunction
• Assist with chest tube management, ventilated patient care, suctioning, and infection prevention protocols
• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams including respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and physical therapy
• Float may be required to MS, Stepdown, PCU, ER, or CVICU with a maximum of 4 patients while floating
• Option available for 36 or 48 hours per week

Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of ICU RN experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• ACLS and NIHSS required
• BLS preferred
• Neuro ICU and Surgical ICU experience preferred
• Weekends required
• Pending New Mexico license accepted
