Travelers only cover ICU if they have previous strong ICU experience. - Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Must have 1 year of acute care experience (acute rehab is not the same as acute care and may not be sufficient enough) as a licensed therapist. Okay with first time travelers. Must be able to evaluate & treat adult acute care patients, provide discharge recommendations, communicate safe mobility plans to interdisciplinary team. - EMR: EPIC
