Description

Shift: Nights – 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Required Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years ICU experience
Previous travel nursing experience REQUIRED
Teaching hospital experience REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Strong skills in: Ventilator management, IV therapy and telemetry, Critical care drips and hemodynamic monitoring

Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑acuity ICU nursing care with typical ratios of 1:2
Manage ventilated patients and advanced respiratory support (BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC)
Titrate vasoactive, cardiac, sedation, and insulin drips
Manage arterial lines, central lines, PICCs, ports, and Swan‑Ganz catheters
Assist with chest tubes, EVDs, ICP monitoring, lumbar drains, and temporary pacers
Interpret ABGs, telemetry, and dysrhythmias

Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
