LPN Hours

• 5X8 hour shifts per week
• 2:00pm - 11pm, includes every other weekend 

LPN Compensation

• The pay for this position is $33.00-35.00 an hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical, mental, and emotional conditions
• Accurately document resident care, observations, treatments, and progress within the medical record system
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance
• Support implementation of individualized care plans developed by the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure quality resident care
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, resident concerns, and changes in condition
• Maintain compliance with infection prevention, safety protocols, and state/federal healthcare regulations
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and veteran-centered care to residents and their families
• Supervise nursing assistants and support personnel as assigned
• Participate in shift reports, resident assessments, care planning meetings, and quality improvement activities

LPN Requirements

• LPN License in PA
