Specialties Accepted: CRNA Practice Setting: Hospital  Trauma Level: Not designated Start Date or Shifts Requested: ASAP- ongoing Daily Schedule:  Mon- Fri need 8 hour or 10 hour shifts<ul><li>8s are either 7:30a- 3:30p or 8a-4p, based upon case start time </li><li>10s are either 7:30a-5:30p or 8a-6p, based upon case start time </li><li>Arrive 30 mins before case starts, latest arrival 7:30, 30-min unpaid lunch  </li></ul> Call Schedule: no call / no weekends Minimum shifts/coverage to be considered: Prefer full-time, will look at part time schedules Typical/required cases: Ortho, endo, general surgery, GYN, ENT Heads, Hearts, or OB required: No # of cases per day: Varies – depends on case type and room  Ages: adults only Which EMR System: EPIC Onboarding/Credentialing Time: 12 weeks
