Location(s): Hospital Details: 

• Trauma Level: level 1, level IV NICU 
  
  Dates or Required Availability: full time preferred, min availability 2 weeks per month 
  
  Minimum Monthly Availability Required for Candidate Submittals: 2 weeks per month
  
  Detailed Shift Explanation: days, 10 hour, some 12s if preferred, weekdays – cases begin at 7, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm 
  
  Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
  
  Job Details:
• Specific Skillset Needed: General Anesthesia, comfortable with variety of cases and acuities, a lot of 3 & 4 level cases
• EMR: Epic
• Wide range of cases, with a significant number of ASA 3s and 4s - not just a general healthy population 

OR Related: 

# of OR daily starts: 36 ORs, 80 – 100 cases per day – some cases completed by Residents, some by CRNAs

# of outside the OR starts, like radiology, Cath lab, endo? GI, some Cath Lab but not all procedures 

Types of OR cases: No OB or cardiac, neuro, GI, some Cath Lab 

Lodging:  $1250/week
Car Rental:  $350/week
