Nuclear Medicine Tech Opportunity
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Shift: Day Shift | 5x8s | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Highlights:
• Work in a Level I Trauma and Teaching Hospital environment
• Perform Nuclear Medicine imaging including Cardiac, Bone Scan, HIDA, Renogram, Liver/Spleen, Lung Scan, Brain Scan, Thyroid Studies, and Tumor Localization
• Assist with advanced SPECT/CT and PET/CT imaging procedures including FDG, Dotatate, PSMA, and infection imaging
• Experience with therapies including I-131, Xofigo, and Lutathera
• Perform venous blood draws, IV starts, phlebotomy, and handling/disposal of radioactive materials
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations; pediatric experience preferred
• Utilize Cerner charting system and PACS
• Minimal on-call requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Tech experience required
• ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required
• BLS certification required
• New Mexico State License required
• CT license preferred; pending CT license accepted
• PET certification preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• No locals within 100 miles
