CATHLAB RN
MANAGER INTERVIEWS
Experience Required: 2 years, will accept 1st time traveler
Certs Required: ACLS, BLS.
EMR: EPIC
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Cath Lab - Diagnostics, interventional, femoral and radial approach, IFR, FFR, Balloon pumps. EP – pacemakers, AICS, loop recorders, diagnostic EP, right sided ablations
Skills required: Experience with the above patient types, Cath Lab, Critical care experience (ED or ICU). Balloon pumps, temp pacers. This is a 24/7. 365 STEMI Program. Travelers need to work well together, maintain a team environment, have great communication skills, work well interdisciplinary teams, Willing to teach and educate others
Floating: Only between rooms in the department and the pre-op area

I have worked with this company for 3, along with a few others, and they have been great! They seem to be very appreciative of their staff and always sending appreciative gifts to you. I can’t say much now that they have joined TotalMed, but am looking forward to see what develops.
Cons
Rates are not always the best, would be nice to have a few more eastern and southern state options, like Mississippi or North Carolina cities
