We are currently seeking a highly experienced Critical Care RN for a Level II Trauma Neuro/Trauma SICU assignment at a leading Acute Care facility in California. This is a high-acuity 12-bed unit specializing in complex neuro and trauma patients.

Position Details:
• Unit Type: Level II Trauma NT/SICU
• Bed Size: 12 beds
• Patient Ratio: 2:1
• Specialty Focus: Neuro and trauma critical care
• Contract Type: Travel assignment
• Floating: Required to Cardiovascular Unit, Telemetry Care Unit, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg units as needed

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of acute critical care experience required
• Prior Level II Trauma ICU experience required
• Previous travel RN experience required
• Active California RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required

Clinical Skills Required:
• Care of patients with ICP monitors
• CRRT management
• Lumbar drains
• High-acuity neuro and trauma patient care

Additional Notes:
• Must be comfortable floating across multiple acute care units as needed
• This is a high-acuity environment requiring strong critical thinking and independent clinical judgment
