💼 Position Details

• Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Openings: 2–3 FTEs
• Start Date: ASAP (pending credentialing)
• Assignment Length: 6 months with expected extensions through next year
• Setting: Medical Center / ASC
• Schedule: Monday–Sunday | 8 & 10-hour shifts available
• Additional Shift Options: OB 12-hour shifts + weekend shifts available
• Call Requirement: ❌ No Call

💰 Compensation

• Pay Rate: $230–$250/hr
• Consistent ongoing coverage opportunity
• Flexible scheduling options available

🏥 Practice Environment

• 8–9 OR rooms daily
• 5–6 ASC rooms
• 2 Eye Center rooms
• 2 EP Labs

🔥 Case Mix

Exposure to a wide variety of cases including:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• OB (Required)
• GI / Endoscopy
• Pulmonary
• Oncology
• Pediatrics
• MAC Cases
• Cataracts / Eye Procedures
• Outpatient Surgery
• GYN

👩‍⚕️ Practice Model

• Care-team anesthesia model
• High level of CRNA autonomy
• Providers can independently manage their own cases
• Strong onboarding support with orientation/proctoring provided
• Typical onboarding lasts approximately one week

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active certifications:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
    (American Heart Association)
• OB experience required
• Spinals/Epidurals are a plus (not mandatory)
• Vaccination preferred

• EPIC (Kaiser Health Connect)
