Minimum Requirements
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
Active Massachusetts state SLP license is required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders preferred.
Ability to complete documentation in electronic medical records systems preferred.

Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
Work Days: Monday through Friday.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
