Requirements:

At least 12 months of Dialysis experience
NO 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within the past 15 months
EPIC electronic medical systems experience
Equipment experience with: Fresenius
Experience & proficiency with blood transfusions
Experience & proficiency with heparin
