We are actively hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel/contract opportunity in a Step-Down unit in Auburn, NY. 

This night shift role (3x12s, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) offers 36 guaranteed hours per week and the chance to work in a dynamic, high-acuity environment caring for patients with conditions such as CHF, post-cardiac catheterization, respiratory failure, and cardiac dysrhythmias. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent Step-Down experience and be skilled in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, PICC line management, and emergency interventions. Experience with BiPAP/CPAP, cardiac drips, and post-procedure care is essential. 

Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a 1:4–5 patient ratio and using systems like Pyxis. 

This role requires EOW & EOH, with no blocked scheduling.
