📅 Assignment Details

• Duration: 13 Weeks (16–18 weeks also acceptable per facility approval)
• Shift: Night Shift (3x12 | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (as required by unit)  
• Holiday Requirement: Must work at least every other holiday
• Floating: Not specified
• Charting System: Epic (recent experience required within last 6 months)
• Orientation: Includes ECG rhythm test + SafeMedicate competency

🧠 Patient Population

• Adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Cardiac monitoring and rhythm observation cases
• Acute medical conditions requiring telemetry oversight 

🩺 Required Experience (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Must have 18 months permanent MS/Tele experience PRIOR to travel
• Recent Epic experience within last 6 months required
• Must provide 1 recent supervisory reference (Manager, ANM, Director, or Charge RN acceptable) 

📜 Required Certifications

• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License in hand – Required

• ✔ Must pass ECG rhythm recognition + SafeMedicate tests during orientation
• ✔ Must provide 1 recent supervisory reference (mandatory)
• ✔ Must have Epic experience within last 6 months
• ✔ Traveler must work every other holiday
• ✔ Locals accepted at same rate
