Description
Position: Surgical Tech – Labor & Delivery
Schedule: 36 hrs/week, 3x12s nights (7p–7a), no block scheduling, every other major holiday

Setting: Hospital – Labor & Delivery
Contract Requirements:
- Must be nationally certified (NBSTSA, NCCT, AST, or NRST)
- Minimum 2 years Labor & Delivery experience
- No first-time travelers
- RTO must be submitted upfront (max 5 days)
Compliance Requirements:
- TB test within 1 year (TSpot or QGold)
- Flu vaccine (9/1–3/31) or approved exemption
- COVID vaccine series + booster or approved exemption
- 9-panel drug screen (no THC)
- Fit test by start date
- MMR (2 vaccines or titer)
- Hep B series + titer (no declinations)
- Physical within 1 year
- Tdap within 10 years (no declinations)
