Description
Job Title: Surgical Tech – Operating Room
Location: Rogers, AR
Shift: Days | 4x10 Schedule
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile operating room environments
- Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures
- Pass instruments and supplies during surgical procedures
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly cleaned and sterilized
- Monitor inventory levels of surgical instruments and supplies
- Support patient safety and infection prevention standards
- Collaborate with RNs and surgical staff during perioperative care
- Participate in staff meetings and departmental quality improvement activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech experience required
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program, LPN Program, or equivalent education
- BLS Certification required
- Experience maintaining sterile fields and assisting during surgical procedures required
