Open Door Community Health Centers is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ongoing outpatient locum assignment at McKinleyville Community Health Center, CA.

✨ Position Highlights:
• Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
• 18 Patients Per Day
• Mix of Adult & Pediatric Patients
• Long-term stable assignment
• Decision typically within 7–14 days

✅ Requirements:
• Active CA License
• Board Certified FNP or PA
• Active DEA
• BLS Certification
• 3+ years of similar outpatient/panel management experience preferred

📌 Additional Requirements:
• NPs: Furnishing License with Schedule II
• PAs: CA Controlled Substance Education Certificate
• Chart closure within 72 hours
• CV must include month/year for all work history with gaps explained
