Job Overview
Seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) for a 13-week contract assignment at a Level III Trauma acute care hospital. This role supports adult and pediatric patient populations across inpatient units and the ER. Candidates with NICU experience are highly preferred. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
• Perform ABG draws and analysis
• Administer breathing treatments and oxygen therapy
• Manage BiPAP, CPAP, and ventilator support
• Assist with bedside bronchoscopy procedures as needed
• Monitor and assess patient respiratory status
• Support ICU, stepdown, Med/Surg, ER, and NICU patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active RRT or CRT credential via NBRC required
• Active BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience required
• NICU experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• STABLE and NRP certifications required only for travelers working with NICU/babies
