Shift: Days | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Schedule: 3x12s | Weekends as Needed
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Job Overview
Seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) for a 13-week contract assignment at a Level III Trauma acute care hospital. This role supports adult and pediatric patient populations across inpatient units and the ER. Candidates with NICU experience are highly preferred. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
- Perform ABG draws and analysis
- Administer breathing treatments and oxygen therapy
- Manage BiPAP, CPAP, and ventilator support
- Assist with bedside bronchoscopy procedures as needed
- Monitor and assess patient respiratory status
- Support ICU, stepdown, Med/Surg, ER, and NICU patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active RRT or CRT credential via NBRC required
- Active BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience required
- NICU experience required
- First-time travelers accepted
- STABLE and NRP certifications required only for travelers working with NICU/babies
