Description

📌 Requirements:
• Must live at least 100 miles away
• Schedule: 0800–1630, Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
• Must be available to work one holiday if needed

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient rehab or acute Physical Therapy experience – Required
• Degree in Physical Therapy – Required
• BLS – Required
• First Aid certification – Preferred
• PT License & State Licensure – Required
• Primary Source Online Verification – Required
