Unit OR # suites 5 suites # of cases per day Average of 15 cases a day, inpatient and outpatient. Required Certifications RN's: BLS, prefer CNOR, Techs BLS, CST preferred, WA license required Common Cases Ortho, podiatry, urolothy, general, ENT, plastics, Divinci Robot. Mako robot for total joints. Experience or 'Must have' skills Minimum of 2 years experience. Circulating. Prefers ortho experience. cases are 65% ortho. Scrubbing required - RN's No Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Yes, charge nurse. OR techs Yes EMR EPIC Shifts & Scheduling Tech 0630-1500 for days, Monday through Friday 36 hour guaranteed Weeknight/Call Requirement In call rotation. One night during a week after their first month. 4 week grace period prior to taking call. Weekend/Call Requirement One 24 hour call shift over a weekend every 6 week. Holiday/Call Requirement Covered by call time. Not in holiday rotation. Is there a mandatory call/standby requirement? Yes What is call response time? 30 Minutes Floating Requirements None Scrub Color/Dress Code Provided Unit/Department specific orientation 3-5 shifts of orientation depending on comfort level of traveler and prior experience
