Endoscopy Travel RN – Petoskey, MI
Facility: McLaren Health Care – McLaren Northern Michigan
Location: Petoskey
Start Date: 6/1/2026
Contract Length: 91 days
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM / 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Requirements:
- 2+ years of RN Endoscopy experience required
- Michigan RN license required
- BLS (AHA) required
Position Details:
- Weekends and call not required, but available if desired
- Fast-paced clinical environment caring for patients with complex medical conditions
- Strong focus on interdisciplinary teamwork and bedside patient care
- Facility utilizes a Virtual Nursing staffing model to support bedside nurses
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills
- Provide patient-centered care using evidence-based nursing practices
- Support team productivity and workflow efficiency
Important Facility Policy:
- Strict 3-strike attendance policy in place
- Any combination of absences or being more than 20 minutes late 3 times may result in immediate contract termination
- Documented illness or hospitalization will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
