Travel Pay (away 50 miles)
Hourly: $20 (W2) + $770 (Non -Taxable Stipend)
Gross: $1,570/week

Job Summary:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) provides direct nursing care to residents in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. Responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, supporting daily care needs, and ensuring quality patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess residents’ health status and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with wound care, tube feedings, and daily nursing procedures
• Document patient care accurately in EMR/EHR systems
• Communicate changes in condition to RN, physician, and care team
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
• Educate residents and families on care plans and treatments
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for patient care planning

Requirements:

• Must have LPN state License of IA or Compact.
• Atleast 1 year of experience.
• Active BLS.
