Description
This role requires flexibility with scheduling and territory coverage. Daily schedules will be finalized by 5:00 PM the day prior. Territory coverage will rotate by geographic region (example: North territory on Mondays/Wednesdays and South territory on Tuesdays/Thursdays). Saturday coverage is preferred.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Current Physical Therapy license in the practicing state (Florida license pending accepted for ASAP start)
- Minimum 6 months of recent Home Health experience required
- Experience with geriatric patient population preferred
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Schedule
- Full-time
- Approximately 30 visits weekly
- Schedule finalized by 5:00 PM the day before
- Saturday availability preferred

- Geriatric Home Health Patients
- Orthopedic, post-surgical, balance/fall risk, mobility deficits, and chronic condition management
