- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8-hour shifts (Mon/Wed/Fri: 8:00am–4:30pm; Tue/Thu: 10:30am–7:00pm)

- Weekly Estimated Travel Rate: $3,000
- Local rate: $68/hour
- Patient Load: 8–10 patients per day
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience required (preferred orthopedic experience)
- Current Physical Therapist license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professionals (MA PT license)
- CPR/AED certification
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Experience with evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for outpatient rehabilitation patients
- Manage a daily caseload of 8–10 patients with individualized care to optimize outcomes
- Provide orthopedic and general outpatient therapy including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and patient education
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure continuity across outpatient services
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with clinic protocols and state regulations
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
