Description

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
Assist physicians during vaginal deliveries and emergency situations
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
Educate patients and families regarding childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery
Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with hospital policies and procedures
Collaborate with physicians, lactation consultants, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure patient safety and provide compassionate, family-centered care

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience required
Active NY RN License required at time of submission
BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred/required per facility
NRP certification preferred/required per facility

Referral Bonus: $250-$500 (each referral) Insurance Benefits 401K Benefit!
